With all due respect sa TS I'll answer the question.
The Nikon AF-S 18-55mm f3.5-5.6G VR is mostly sold together with new DSLRs as a kitlens chances are your D3000 comes with it (if bought as a kit, brand new or second-hand). So yes, puede.
The Nikon AF-D 50mm f1.8 is considered as a prime lens. The short answer, yes puede. BUT, you will have to use manual focus for this lens. This lens has no built-in auto-focus motor. Also, this is for a full-frame body so when you slap this on your D3000, it will be equivalent to a 70mm.
