MULTIVITAMINS: generic or branded?

which one do you prefer? the generics claim they have the same contents as the branded ones but the latter claim they are not complete...unsay tinuod? mas maayo kung cheaper kay maka-save ta but basin dili sad pareha sa branded ug quality.pls share your opinion

^^^well, im jst stressing it out coz sum thinks dat having it A to Z makes it complete but d amount of each doesnt reach d RDA

yhea i hear you.. sometimes labels can be so misleading.. for expamle in the 80's when they labeled fat as bad... suddenly alot of 'fat free' and 'low fat' food came out.. but majority didn't realize that it was loaded with sugar..way much of it.. ultimately still makes people fat..
