Getting started:

1. Make it official - Register your business name with DTI. This is compulsory.
* Fill out the application form
* Payment: P300.00 - 500 processing fee + 15 doc stamps.

2. Permits
* Brgy Business Clearance
* Lease of Copntract (if renting)
* Mayor's Permit - Brgy. Clearance, Business Clearance, CTC, Fill out form
* Tax req: Go to BIR and get BIR forms 1901 or 1903, sketch, SEC/DTI reg, ByLaws, P500 paymeny using 0605
* Apply for SSS (Accomplished SSS form R-1 for employment reg, R-1A for lists of names, copies of By Laws)
* Special Permit like: BFAD (food and drugs) - NTC (phones & computers)
