Definitely its a Mange. Consult your doctor about this matter. Since there are 2 types of Mange - Demodectic and Sarcoptic mange. Need to run some skin test.

you don't have to worry about your dog. its not "the end of world" yet for both of you. if you guys have issues with "prey" drive, you can still continue your training and plans using other methods....
