the only issue that I see in this at the moment is that it might malign all the poor as people who can be decieved by easily by little material goods....descrimination....hmmmm...

I have a suggestion...why don't we limit the election to those people who pay taxes only.....so that during the election ma minimize ang vote buying or anything involing dirty money......ang mga...
