I prefer it to be rented rather than rent to own. Anyway interested? If i cant find someone to rent i will have it assumed. Ranging from 400-500 tentative amt. tendency it will be lesser.

Sorry guys, but we decided to have it rented bec. we need the house man in due time . Currently, we are not staying in the house. FYI lower part of the house has tiles but the upper part not yet...
