you don't have to worry about the signs there kay most of them are in english na. tourist-friendly kaau ang HK. even most of the people speak english.

it depends on which day you'd go there. I'm sure daghan tao during weekends. but if u're early maybe u can get into the rides b4 mudaghan ang tao.
