ngano nindot man ang SCB? i 've heard nga waived daw forever imong annual fee? im looking for a credit card that can be accepted internationally and waived ka forever :) kabalo mo unsa ni-offer...

I have CitiBank, SCB, HSBC all VISA & Equitable AmEx. The best is SCB, take my word for it.
