Just recently, I passed by Mandaue Recla, and indeed, there is an ugly mugshot of Mayor Ouano on the two billboards.

Also, the road from MEPZ 2 to Mactan Doctors' Hospital (locals will call Community) at Lapu-Lapu City started their expansion to a four-lane boulevard or avenue. :-)
