i think every year cla nag increase, correct me if am wrong..but grabe jud akoa property tax, it's P30K [+-]..which includes SEF..

i agree jud sir, toilets & shower room are very important dire sa Tingko esp daghan na mo visits dire..if naa budget ang brgy, maau unta ila nlang jud develop ang tingko, make it a proper beach...

hi sis, taga dalaguete ka, nice kaau ang obong spring was there last Dec with my friends, Alcoyanon akoa papa then nag puyo mi kron sa Pasol, pero nag dako mi sa cebu city jud so wla kaau ko kaila...

I was there last 1st Jan too for a short while, crowded jud pag weekends, public holiday but pag ordinary days lang okie ra jud sya, almost every other day brought my kids for swimming, we had fun,...

where to stay in alcoy? u either stay in Sola Homes, Triple B or cottages in Tingko..Ang Triple B naa resto but wla banda for dining ra jud sya, ang duha kay bring ur own..

wow ka nice ani naa new pool sa Sola, nice pra sa mga bata mag enjoy jud!

swerte ka sir free stay b4 bayad me pero nice jud na sola homes compare Triple B...had bad experienced b4 sa Triple B wla jud ko katulog hangtud buntag!
