this is what i know as of last march '05: kung new grad ka, undergo ka training, kalimot ko unsa to ila tawag sa mga trainees then increase salary after training..
kung experience, based imo salary...

working environment.... ok ra man pud kay daghan man nadugay ngadto... di ko kadescribe kay wa man ko kita sa ilang working environment :)

para sa mga experience.. depende gyud sa imong experience.. but syempre mas dako gyud daw...

hi, mao ni akong nadung-gan for newly grad: gamay during action training pa, allowance lang daw then if they passed the training, aroung 14 to 15k ang net so proby na imong status ani... then aroung...
