The same way I'm doing it, Cebu Properties; -- simply surround the name of the user you want to tag with a "@" and a ";".

BeoR; Does user tagging notifications not work on mobile mode? I use my phone to access iStorya 90% of the time and I noticed I don't receive notifications from tags.
