i've heard about this. but you don't really need to travel to dumaguete and line at 4am in the morning. you can apply online at eCensus Home Page and it will be delivered straight to your doorstep....

^nice resort with very big pools. but no other attractions except the pools. the entrance fee is waaay overpriced @ P495 and lousy customer service. food gets served for over an hour.
