No bro..it's not na wala sila project..na balhin ang uban because sa new strategy nga gi apply sa LRDC management for the better sa company. ANd mostly nga na balhin kay na tagaan ug new oppurtunity...

As what CharlieMC said, YES ok ang mag contractual for experience wise since lexmark is a big company and you can learn a lot from the company. For the chances ma regualr, depende ra jud na sa dept...

I can't say gamay, since lexmark pays you whats right for you. Benefits is a lot better compared to other company.
