It was safe when we stayed there a few years back. It is so much cheaper compared sa iyang silingan nga BBC, unya lami kaayo ang pansit sa ilang restawran. :-)

Yes, the cheapest thing to do would be just to rent a car and do your own driving. Or kung gusto gyud ka nga barato and you like roughing it, daghan man mga jeep ug bus that can take you to any point...
