Honestly other than Moalboal ... I haven't seen any good reefs to dive in ... upside to Moalboal is the reef is slowly re generating ... as opposed to the other parts of Cebu ... Its quite sad in...

Normally I would tell you diving , at 30-60 feet down , drifting with current in a reef , looking at the corals and fish swimming around could give you that peace , especially when u hear nothing ......
