I took the Apo Island tour package, worth it ang trip ko, sulit ang bayad! Dumaguete is a nice little place, nice people except for the frontdesk ng Harold Mansion... I'm never staying there again!...

i would suggest u do the latter. kay kung mag-whale watching ka, there are times na wala whales na manggawas... pero sometimes lang nuon. so para sure na enjoy ka, apo island na lang! :)
