char lang.. there is no way for any employer to check on your govt contributions without you giving your number to them. in this case, govt info like PAGIBIG and SSS numbers are only given out once...
The thing about acn is hatag-bawi ang demands for additional people.. if nanginahanglan gyud sila'g tawo, they will process you right away until mahatag nila imong ngan sa hiring manager to show that...
ka-relate ko ani brad.. ataya bitaw anang ilang style ron. cost-cutting nga wa natarong ug implement
That's because ang focus sa hiring sa tech are senior Software Engineers.. wa kaayoy demand for associate software engineers like before.
Naa, supervisory nga position
huwat pa gyud ka until summer of 2013 for this bai
more likely than not di ka maka-kita'g TS programs here.. more of CS na ila or other outsourced functions like billing processing
ahh the comments of someone nga average ug intelligence nya wala'y laing ika-baws but baraw, mao nang you resort to replying like that. i pity you. try to form a sound thought kuno para mahusay ni...
hahaha. di man gani ka maka-porma ug tarong nga comeback, unsa na lang ang makig-argue like a proper human being? puyo na lang oi, you're embarrassing yourself. :D
i'd like you to check your line of "the only way to avoid an argument is to avoid it". that's what i was doing. hal-hal lang nang nawng nimo do.
bro, awn nato ug unsa iyang tubag anang imong post.. kay by the looks of it, this guy isn't someone who can argue logically.. or who can't argue at all. :D
Ah.
K.
Have you ever been employed there? Do you have a first-hand account ug unsa ang culture didto? Imong info is vicarious, and most of the time kay it does not hold true. Kiat lang na'ng nawng nimo bro....
ana gyd na sila basta supervisory position.. tig-dugay mutubag. ang amo ganing AM ron, may of last year pa ni-apply.. nya pag-december ra gitawagan to come join acn. don't lose hope. :)
that was before. acn is aggressively expanding pa gani. that should tell you ug unsa ang status sa company.
just because naa siyay usa ka-example doesn't mean it's TRUE. rules of logic dummy.
sure ka sa imong gisulti bro? how are you sure nga sakto imong point nya sayop ako or vice versa? awcmon, don't be that naive.
different strokes for different folks. mao ni ang palakad sa gawas, lahi sa pinas. know your context first.
Naa ba ka'y supervisory experience, or fresh grad ka?
if they say nga mao na imong status, then mao na gyud na. they're still finalizing some things at their end mao nang wa pa sila nka-extend ug JO sa imo. huwata lang. but if atat ka, there are other...
yep, pero dapat ang end sa imong 30 days before sa start date nga ihatag nila sa imo.
sige lang, patience. naa sad ko'y kaila nga na-iswag ang startdate to sept.
kung ma.JO mo this month, more likely than not next month na mo mu.start.
well, a lot of people employed in acn stay for good.. that should give you a background ug unsa ang benefits nila didto ;)
accenture is not a call center.. it's an IT company. they do have a BPO arm, but it's only a fraction sa overall operations sa business. get to your JO first before ka mangutana about sa benefits.
sa mga nangutana ug unsa ang rate for PCS.. i suggest you get through the application process and see the job offer for yourself. kamo ang applicant, so ang inyong primary focus is to get accepted....
depende na sa need kung kanus-a tawgan. if they need you to start soon kay on the night after the interview. happened to me.
i'll stress it out again- mas ga.focus sila on hiring senior and experienced programmers over ASEs.. if you fit the bill, then they'll go ahead and hire you; but if not, huwat-huwat gyud ka sa pool...
mas nagfocus sila on hiring experienced software engineers for now mga brad.
yup, programmers. short for Associate Software Eng'r
