the best thing to delete everything on your hard drive that cannot be retrieved is do a "low level" format, it's available on disk utilities such as seagate, western digital, ontrack, maxtor, etc....

you can also just change the fan of the PSU if that's the only problem to save money, but if you can get a better PSU, it's much better :)

it's best if you purchase a heavy duty power supply. we have experienced it before, we just changed the power supply and problem solved :)
