Yes, TL is the next position after agent. Tier 2 or Tier 1. You can apply for a TL position once you get regularized. But of course, if naa sad opening. :)

I think you're for voice because as what I heard, there are no openings for non-voice LOB (line of business). Anyway, you can ask to be transferred to a different LOB once you're on the floor. But it...
