I want to leave college. Studying here is very difficult and my abilities are not enough to understand complex programming and to solve my homework.

You want to leave college for what? Living itself is hard, endure it. If you don't understand then study hard until you understand. The more you do it, the more comfortable you with it.

Please, don't do that. Just graduate it or in case you want to leave one college and start another one than that's ok. Otherwise, don't leave the college, you will regret about that in time.
