Boss I have 1 big room with big CR with aircon,internet connection,free na ang electricity ug ang water we have water dispencer ang ref at the sala pwede ra magamit,kitchen maka luto ra pud.big space sa labhanan then with security guard,located at tres de abril punta princesa.6K for girls only boss.for more details please call 4178441 or 09239220659 Thank you..

hi. i am living in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. the 1 bedroom will be vacant by sept 1st. it is for 3,750/month. electricity & water bills are divided among us living in the apartment. we can share to her our other things. can cook and can wash her clothes. it is located at capitol site. 1 ride from/going to IT park..

we have studio rooms for rent located at andres abellana,capitol site. good for one person - P4,500 ;good for two - P 5,500 with own cr. if interested please call 255-1188. we have 24 hr security.

if more than 2 persons,you will add P 1,000. water and electricity is not included with the rental but has own meter. no pets allowed. you can cook in the room but cant use gasul or shellane.
