Looking for Panglao Beach lot, for a resort.

Should be beachfront, not cliffside...

50M ang imo budget sir? maybe i will try to ask my uncle who is a broker for lots...

would you consider Anda, bohol? its the same as panglao. White sand and stuffs...

Sir please consider that there is a new law implemented in panglao that building structures must be 100 meters away from the shoreline. Actually sir, I have been to both places Panglao and Anda, for I am a pure boholano. I can testify that anda is one hot spot for beach bums, The white sands are wide and it has good marine life. There are already few public beaches and so far more and more foreigners are starting to build their own beach houses and private resorts, karaoke bars and diving centers. I guess if you consider, you might be one of the pioneering private resorts there.

But yeah dont worry, I will be asking my uncle, he used to sell subdivided lots but its all sold. I will see if he has new ones now.
