    di ba kaha ni virus? i scan lang imo pissy using your favorite antivirus ug Spybot and Ad AwareSE

    try restart then .. press F8 many times..then choose Last Knwon Good Configuration Settings...

    hmmmm first time when u notice abnormal activity that u havent seen before on ur PC; when u see weird files that have weird extension e.g. .jpg.exe, .jpg.scr; when ur PC suddenly shuts down when connected to the internet; when u cant open the control panel; when u cant open msconfig/regedit....

    mao ra symptoms ako nahibaw-an but there are a lot more indications

    you explorer.exe is corrupt..try reinstalling your OS.. :mrgreen:

    better yet, try this..

    press control.alt.delete

    goto task manager
    goto file
    goto new task(run)
    then type explorer.exe

    try online anti-virus like panda, bit defender. if your always connected to the internet like dsl then all you have to do is boot up in safe mode w/ network. then browse this websites:

    Panda Online
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/actives...asp?Language=2

    Bit Defender
    http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

    very effective in disinfecting viruse/trojan/spyware
