bro lahi lahi man tag opinion. kung mao nay iyaha pod, aw ihaya sad na. dli man sad siguro tanan mo agree niya. pero dli sad siguro tanan mo agree nimo. pero para nako mo agree ko niya ani. mao ra na.

“On my own, I’m thinking of putting a ban on the construction of high-rise buildings until we can reasonably assure that there would be safety standards,” he added.
If the height restriction could not be fully implemented, the mayor’s other option would be for developers to construct twin tower-type buildings.

Osmeņa said each floor would have bridges connecting one to the other so occupants would not have to run down in case of fire.

Dli man sad na pang forever na nga dli na niya patukuran ug high rise building. Makita nimo sa statement sa taas nga willing gihapon cya as long as ma assure ang safety sa mga tawo. Meaning dli ra investment iyang gihuna huna but also ang mga tawo intawon nga nanrabaho anang buildinga. Thumbs up ko ani ni Mayor.

if you are the Mayor of a city and you want to be progressive. this kind of remarks is a no no for investors. that's why you cant make such statement without 2nd thoughts. Otherwise, this will be criticize for being backwards. you are slowing the growth of the city if you are making this kind of implementation, why cant just the city buy those equipment, basin g bayad sa facebook admins.. can you imagine Cebu without any high rise building built or started for the year 2018?

There are 100 or less current high rises in Cebu, does it make it a difference if you stop building them?

Kung ang leader sige lag tan-aw sa investment or revenue sa syudad without even caring for his people, murag pina Liberal Party man na nga style. Same ra na sa gibuhat ni Tomas, nga if you want to invest in our city, siguradoa pod nga safety ang mga trabahante. Diha ka ug ikaw dli magkasinabot dapita. Anyway dili ko mag butang ug emoticon nga just to make a point.

Bisan unsa pa ka progressive ang usa ka city that doesn't mean that the investors will always invest in a city just because its progressive. sure oi!

Wala man guro ka gets, walay reason for the city to implement height restriction just because of this 3 storey mall incident because there are already too many high rises in the city, that wont stop the incident to happen again because clearly the BFP needs an upgrade to solve this problem not height restriction.
