    Antichrist?

Mababasa po natin ito sa Bible:
    2 John 7
Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist.

    Ang ibig sabihin nito:

Sino mang tao na hindi kumilala o naniniwala kay Jesus Christ bilang tunay na Diyos na nagkatawang-tao ay Antichrist o Antikristo.

While John warned us of many antichrists, indeed many simpletons have claimed to be Christ but did it openly without deception, John also warns us of a Grand Antichrist...

The prophecies concerning it are teeming with deception. First-class deception that will don an almost perfect camouflage in these last days.

For many Protestants, the Antichrist is the Pope... for Catholics it could either be Bill Gates, Osama Bin Laden, or Barney the Mascot. Whoever. For evangelicals, they don't delve into the subject because they choose to focus on the message of salvation.

A closer look at the scriptures will dispute most sides because, of the plethora of candidates only ONE personality can ever hope of fulfulling everything that was written:

The Greek prefix Anti (if it's Greek) doesn't necessarily mean "against"... it also means instead of so with what I posted above, a personality indeed has taken the place of Christ as direct mediator and intercessor for mankind.

So you are correct, there's usually some stereotyping of Non-Christians to be "antichrists", but the Bible says that the Antichrist will deceive the whole world pretending to be an "alternate Christ" and doing it "in the name of Christ"...

the reason why i shy away with this kind of subject coz its purely speculation. They can name anyone the anti-christ they want. Bottom line, if you believe or not that there is god, you cant prove it until you die.

Yeah you make sense. Buddhist, Muslims are not anti-christ just because they are non christians.

In the premise that you are Christian, yes they aren't ANTI just because they don't know about the Ressurection...

But the Antichrist that is dissected in THIS LINK is more than aware of the Ressurection and God's wonderful plan for mankind...
