exactly my point.... very well said fafi nindot kaau imong gihatag nga example... if ever lang ma acquit ang akusado, unsa pa may nawng ikapakita niya nga gihusgahan nman syas publiko... kalaw ay anang gi ila kang rapist or child molestor sa inyung kumonidad... hasta imung pamilya ana ma apektuhan pod....

Sa akong pag ila ni Dean, daghan ni siya ug Achievements in his profession as Mechanical Engineer. He is the previous professor in CIT in Mechanical Engineering Subjects and Engineeering Economics. Maayo pud ni siya mo tudlo. Mostly naa jud ni siya sa Environment sa mga laki kay lalaki ra man mostly mokuha ug ME.. I have no question in his profession, the way he teach.. Wala pud issue niya before when he was joining CIT.... On his negative side wala pud ko kahibalo ana.. Until nibuto ni nga issue... We don't really know the story behind this accusation and I hope truth will prevail.

^ Mao ba. Kay usually mailhan man gud ng mga chicksboy nga mga professors within the class. Kamo man siguro nga nakaila nya na shock man gani. Kay kung chicksboy pa hagbay ra ning napuno ang thread ug saway. It would be fair if we will give this dean a benefit of the doubt. Kung nakasala man siguro for once, then that would be his greatest mistake in exchange sa iyang career. Still, we need to wait the result of the investigation.

The victim said she remained in the car but Duazo ordered her to follow him to the room.

Napag-alamang din na nanatili naman ang biktima sa loob ng kotse kahit na inutusan siya ng suspek na sumunod sa kuwarto ng motel.

Dito na nagalit ang suspek at pinalabas na lamang siya sa kotse.

Moreover,Who would even bother to scrape for the facts when its already a "costumer" ? (its a form of a market making no other than profits).

I've actually heard of that too and still uncertain who's side to trust with.And since most of us just grasped some insufficient initial info's regarding with that,lets just leave the case to the authorities and let justice prevail ------which will likely to happen for years to count on.
