The compromise agreement, prepared by one graduate’s mother, states that both parties have decided to put an end to the controversy.

The petitioner, upon the request of her daughter, “no longer wishes to go on with the case.”

In exchange, the school administration will waive its counter-claims “in the spirit of Christian reconciliation.”

Lawyer Romeo Balili, counsel for STC, said the compromise deal needs the court’s approval.

“Let’s just hope for the court to approve this one,” Balili said, adding that both parties were glad after reaching the compromise.
