A good leader is the one who understands company's MISSION AND VISIONS/GOALS and would do and decide on things parralel to it.

A good leader is INTEGRITY and RESPECT.

Have plan B whenever you are the SCAPEGOAT . Kung plan A ra ka , you will not become good leader .
