good job... just wondering if that really is here skin tone. I've seen your style here and you show a lot of PP in your work ....artistic. I also saw the work of that person who shoots with you(model mayhem) and you guys have similar style.

can you also share to our readers your lighting setup please.

Odd you said you were using a beauty dish... the subject looks so lit that the beauty dish doesn't show it's effects anymore....unless you use the beauty dish like a softbox too.

well a diffuser was on the beauty dish as to make the light not so harsh, you can put it that way that it works like a soft box....

just as I thought... a sock was on a the beauty dish. I also do that when I get lazy busting out the softbox.

So just for the readers... you can use a beauty dish as an ordinary softbox by just putting a sock on it or a white diffuser and pull back away(give more distance that you usually do) so the effect would be like using an ordinary softbox. Intention was to get a high key background to make the the subject's dress pop out.

here's my example... in my case, kickers were 1 stop higher than the main... and just for the record... that's her real skin tone.

no "studio lights" involved. only external flashes with payongs. 1 left, 1 right sa subject. then 1 rim light.
