the "see cebu in a carousel" project is a heritage showcase promoting the best of cebu in both a diorama-type showcase and photo exhibit.* the diorama wasnt materilized this year because of time constraints and what you can see all over the sinulog route is a photo presentation of cebu's heritage sites.

the project is the brainchild of vice mayor michael rama.* he wanted the sinulog arches to portray what is cebu and to give information on the things tourists, balikbayans and all other filipino would expect.* together with the project chairs, martha tuason and eduard hayco, project designers, uap architects roger maraya, joseph lim & antonio reynes - the project was a big success.* not because the showcases really are prominent especially at night, but the fact that so many people - mostly cebuanos viewed, learned and were amazed with the few photos we posted there

we provided all the photography and digital layouts and although we were a bit short on pics, salamat sa santo niño - we managed.* hope you guys like our small presentation.* and most importantly, we hope to do this better next year
