is it really worth it?

im planning to avail but my gf discouraged me because globe is very very slow daw ever since the Taiwan earthquake..and they have very poor customer's service daw..they blame her pc is slow daw

another questions:
are there any problems you encounter with the land line or internet connection?

are there any hidden charges from globe?..i heard from friends na globe has many hidden charges in the bill..extra payments that even thier tellers cant explain..

pla advise.

magsigi bitaw potol ang internet karun mga 2 weeks na.
ang billing 995 lang kada buwan wa nay lain pa charges.
kani mao to 384kbps freedom plan/w free landline.
1 year contract

Hi yes, its true, Globelines is having problems gyud. and No, they dont have hidden charges.

in fairness, the past few days, ok-ok na sad bya. but under observation pa jud...

its worth it..

BUT.. you'll have to be patient with intermittent connections at times...

or else... pag PLDT na lang... kay traffic au ang server sa globe oi!

salamat sa inyong mga reply..hinay jud diay gihapon ang globelines sa?..akong uyab kay iyang gireklamo sa cusotmer service unya gi-adto ug technician unya ingon ang technician nga ang pc man kuno niya maoy dautan which is impossible kay kahibaw sad gud ko sa specs sa pc niya which aint bad at all..

..ganahan unta ko sa free landline..sa pldt kay mahal man gud kaayo kay bayad pa ang telepono

unsay ikasuggest ninyo?tihik man gud ko

no... i'm not saying hinay ang pldt... pareho raman tingale sila, but pldt is better in customer service and has lesser downtimes.. actually suggestion ra 2 nako, kay i think ang pldt ni-counter promo man pod sila anang globe nga tag 995, i think

what's the counter-promo of PLDT diay?

better na bya ang Globlelines DSL, kay naa nay connection. Compared to before na wala jud.

but kapoy kayo ning cgeg putol when you are surfing uy...

i dont know how it is with PLDT and SmartBro kaha? can anyone put some input?
