In order for you to browse the internet kahit na walang enough load, we need to connect to a VPN or Virtual Private Network.
Isang example diyan ay itong MangoVPN. Yun nga lang, to be able to connect to the Mango network, you need a program to use our config files.
This is where OpenVPN comes, here are the steps:
First, please contact me so I can give you your accounts that you can use to be log in to the program.
Download
Optimus Mark II v2 setup.exe

After downloading, extract, and run Mango Tree (Run as admin if using Windows Vista or Windows 7)
Connect your USB Modem, create a Profile using follow the following details, and set it as your default configuration:
GLOBE TATTOO
Profile name: Globe
Dial number: *99#
Access point name: http.globe.com.ph

SMART BRO
Profile name: Smart
Dial number: *99#
Access point name: internet
Connect to the internet (doesn’t matter if you can’t surf due to insufficient prepaid balance)
Reminder:
Globe Tattoo SIM should have Zero Balance
Smart Bro SIM should be replace with Smart Buddy SIM and should have at least one peso maintaining balance

Run the program (Run as admin if Windows 7 or Vista User)
7. The rest is self-explanatory. Simply fill up the following:

A. Username
B. Password
C. Select your desired Network
D. Connect
FREE USERS = Click Trial Connect if you are a Free User
OpenVPN will start and a Red-Monitor Icon will appear on your system tray (beside the clock/time), wait for it to connect.
The Red Icon will turn to a Yellow Icon while attempting to connect. And it will finally transform to Green Icon once it successfully connects to the network
Once connected, DONE! You can now surf, download, or upload
