    First of all wala koy intension na e compare ang duha ka ISP, na BS! nalang gyud ko sa PLDT with there Hype! ba nga SWITCH PROMO DAW unya nindot daw ang INTERNET SERVICES ... F***!!!

    Ang akong account kay 20 mbps fibr at 1899/Monthly and what I get:

    1. 3mbps DL / 15mps UL (4 Times)--- Sh*****!!!

    2. I called CUSTOMER SERVICE sa akong globe telephone pero you end up answered
    by a recorded voice F**K!!!

    3. Activated na akong TELEPHONE LINE, INTERNET pero dili ko katawag sa CUSTOMER SERVICE kay using invalid PLDT number daw akong telephone number Sh******t!!!!!!!

    4. Nana koy BILL sayop pa gyud ang account details dili SWITCH PROMO!!!

    5. VERY FAST BILLING UNSTABLE INTERNET CONNECTION WOWWWWW.......!!!!

    For those who praises PLDT so much cguro swerte lang gyud kaau mo sa inyong linya, but what they are showing me is not a good sign of switching to there so called fibre!!!

    For now I'm still using my VDSL sa Globe na 20mbps+ DL with stable 5mbps+ UL and there customer service accommodating pa kaau mo tubag sa akong call kung naa problem sa ilang internet line.

    Naa ko diri sa Cabreros Street Sir =)

    Nindot inyong connection diha sir? intirmetent kaau akong connection oi gamay ra cguro mo agi na LIGHT sa fiber nako hahahaha ...

    Ni adto nako 3 times sa PLDT Jones dili ko madayon kay perting daghana sa mga tawo ga hulat, ari pud sa TABUNOK na PLDT walay ayo kay dili sila mo cater og customer adto daw sa JONES hahayyy ... =(

    Mao nay wala nako sir ang time para mag hulat didto for pila ka oras, unya naa pakoy homebased gi work aside sa akong office based na trabaho WASTED gyud kaau ang oras nako besides I will settle this kung SILA NAY MO TAWAG SA AKOA.

    I still have my globe karon na wala gyud koy problem there " short on man power is not our problem it's there lost " ... =)

    To PLDT Agents makakita ani I hope they will do my concern by forwarding my problem kay kamo ra pud ang madaot at the end nag pataod mo og subcriber unya dili diay mo bayad!!! tsk tsk ... =(

    Good pm, mga 2 days ago pa jd mi kahatag ug application form para 20mbps(unli) pero kanus.a na ang mga contractors usually mu report sa amoa kung madala ang connection sa balay? Medyo layo hinuon ang fibr box, mga 500 meters kalayo, dili man sad sudlunon amoa, naa raman sa subdivision. Ty.

    if na-a ka ka-ila field agent or installer gyud, sila ang i-ask (i-ask sa ila nga sila ang mu-follow-up) kai na-a na sila "power" to make it 'fast'..., that is what we did...
    padangog lang... ^_^

    About sa dangog, mga pila kaha na usually para mapaspasan ang pag install? Dili paman sad diha pud ang bayad sa bill haha.

    gi try nimo sa pldt mabolo? dugay nami nga sige ug dinha muadto even if naa na mi gapuyo sa talamban. gamay ra ang taw, dali pa gyud istoryahon ang ilang staff (basin dili sila stressed. at least sa experience namo)

    Sulayan unya na nako sir pag adto sa mabolo na branch nila salamat sa advise.

    Update lang : Didto nako sa sa PLDT Jones kay Saturday karon instead of me going to rest from my occupied weekdays nag sacrifice gyud ko og hulat para lang ma settle akong Billing and bahin pud sa akong Very Fast na Fiber Internet line ni tawag gyud ang Technician/Lineman kay "mag follow up daw sila sa internet connection" then I told them about my problem they will forward daw kung kinsa ang nag hold sa akong area.

    First - I already given this internet problem from PLDT my TIME and it really was a bad experienced.

    Second - Customer Service is a headache, I understand because they admit that "they don't have a customer service right now to answer my problem".

    Third - "LUCKY FOR ME" I still have my globe internet connection which is stable as hell! which my home based job really needs my presence.

    My only Question Now!? ... Shall I cancel this PLDT Fibre connection?
