    naa bay cap ang PDLT? i have 3mbps now with globe for only 999, but when ni cap ko today.. it went down to less than 1mbps.
    Is this normal?

    Yeah normal ra na. Mabalik ra na in 1-2 days. Pero wa ko kahibaw asa base ilang capping, kay ako nacap ko bisag wala ko nagdownload.
