    Okay ra ba ning plan 999 sa Globe DSL compared to Plan 990 sa PLDT when it comes to Home use and video streaming lang? Alang-Alang mandaue area here.

    nevermind, i think i have solved the problem... open dns is the issue... weird... "open dns" is supposed to be the gold standard of dns...

    wait...... open dns in combination of 120.xxx.xxx.xxx IP... hhhmmm, something's not right...
