i have multi efx and analog sad..amg multi knhanglan imu jd timplahan maau para maka kuha ka sa imu gusto na timpla labina sa distortion nya,no prob sa mods ky dali ra xa matimpla..sa ako multi b4 it takes i tink 6 months sa pagtimpla2x sa dirt b4 nko nakuha ako gusto na distortion.dn mas makapili sad ka ug maau labina mahalon imu multi na gamiton..hehhe.mao ni ako xperiencd sa multi..

i agree bro..built in distortion sa marshall is one of the sweetest distortion iv ever heared,used,nindot jd kau ni xa na gamiton..

What i can add up to this is just some info based on my experience, I'm not saying that you should try this coz i am not a pro but I just hope this helps;

-It's all about tweaking your effects bro. Finding that right spot,so to speak.
-Try tweaking your guitar's tone knobs, it also helps getting that right spot.
-The lesser the pedals, the clearer the tone. (You can use buffers or boosters if you have lots of pedals, loopers also help in eliminating unwanted pedals in the chain)
-Set the amp's treble,bass,middle,presence flat (say around 5 or you can say 12 o'clock) and work your way in finding your tone
-Mix up your effects in different ways, you might also find some interesting sounds. There's no specific rule on the order of effects.
-If you idolize a "guitar hero", start by mimicking his tone and from there, start by fidling around your effects until you came up to a point where you can say that it's somewhat like his' but there's something on that tone, which makes it yours. (well, this is not bad as a startup)
-And lastly, Google is always ready to help...
