Franco Reyes, singer of cebuano phenomenon "FRANK" is back in cebu temporarily. He hasn't confirmed any gigs yet but I'm hoping this topic would somehow egg him to gig again... I really miss watching them coz i consider franco to be the best rock vocalist that cebu has ever witnessed..
