Observing other people's relationship problems and being a former victim of a two timer girl myself, the biggest lessons I learned are:
- The truth hurts no matter which angle you look at it from
- The only way to deal with the situation is to embrace the truth and accept it
- Minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years or even decades worth of relationship won't matter. Kung imong partner mosimang, mosimang gyud na.
- It's not worth your time, effort, money, emotions and thoughts to chase someone who left you for another person. Labi na kung ang other person kay mas bati pag nawng nimo. lol
- Though there are rare cases of genuine "bagong buhay" change, instinct tells us not to trust anymore and that is for good measure.

In summary, sakit gyud ang kamatuoran. But we need to learn to live with it, make peace with it and use it for our benefit.
