basta laanyon ka after effects pana sa break-up, make sure completo imong support system (friends and family) after sa break-up. kay misleading kaayo ang mga after effect sa break-up.

Two important things nga imo e-avoid after break-up:

Your feelings from your ex will not easily be wiped out. For girls, short-term ang crying or mingaw time pero after ma release tanang emotions medyo ma-okay na. For boys, we tend not to get affected, pero in the long run gamay lang bikil ka remember dayun, inum dayun, pa-opaw dayun, pa tattoo dayun because we try to close everything up. As much possible no emotions to release, keep it strong, keep it real. However, during this stage confused paka sa imo feelings.
