This is direct hiring. No fees to be collected. All fees to be shouldered by the employer.



Title : Senior Interior Designer for Residential & Contract Furniture

Reporting to : The President

Responsibilities Include :

1. Accept assigned project in conjunction with any / all other team members assigned to project with a view to speedy and accurate project completion Make team assignments and render project detailed / complete .
2. Gather client information ( using Client Lifestyle ).
3. Make detailed lists and drawing onsite so as to consolidate team trip and efficiently commence design work .
4. Coordinate team assessment of project requirements ( as requires : furniture ,fittings, finishes, flooring , window treatments , accessories , etc .
5. Price product / adjust selection all with view to staying within project budget or to set budget if budget not specified .
6. Present proposed selections / design / budget costs to client using , include presentation boards , scale models , presentation books , floor plans , 3Drenderings .
7. At proposed project acceptance by clients and securing of appropriate deposits .
8. Schedule ( through sales / Marketing / Facilitator ) delivery / installation / follow – up and project sign off .
9. Overseas experience is a must .
10. Most important of all , self confident, dependable self – inspired , creative , ability to communicate . Team leader , very good taste in selection of fabric , color matching , and design that suite the environment .
11. Experience in preparation of contracts is a must .


Hiring Note :-
1.BS in Interior design with 5 - 7 years minimum in related work experience .
2. Must possess good command of English Language , both written and Oral .
3.Knowledge on Auto CAD and 3D rendering or other related technical systems .
4. Possess a fair command of Arabic is advantage both written and oral .
5.Sales and marketing experience .
6.Supervisory of project management experience .
