Your funny experiences while working in a callcenter.
Mine:
A customer was really irrate and went on shouting for about 5 minutes already. Di man sad nako ma hang up ang phone kay it's against policy so I put down the phone for 10 minutes without her knowing.
Na shock ko nga pagkuha kog balik sa phone naa gihapon sya cgeg yawyaw. In a very poised manner I told her.
"Hello maa'm, Im very sorry I had to put down the phone 10 minutes ago. I had to check on your records on another computer. Can you repeat everything that you said?"
Bwahahahahaha!
