    Your funny experiences while working in a callcenter.


    Mine:

    A customer was really irrate and went on shouting for about 5 minutes already. Di man sad nako ma hang up ang phone kay it's against policy so I put down the phone for 10 minutes without her knowing.

    Na shock ko nga pagkuha kog balik sa phone naa gihapon sya cgeg yawyaw. In a very poised manner I told her.

    "Hello maa'm, Im very sorry I had to put down the phone 10 minutes ago. I had to check on your records on another computer. Can you repeat everything that you said?"

    Bwahahahahaha!

    ako before joining my present call center compnay, i worked with a small call center sa skyrise catering prepaid cell phone customers then 1 day i receive a call from a customer complaining
    that he is a mechanic in his entire life this is the first time that when he is charging his cellphone battery it did not spark at all.. uncha na battery sa car kay mo spark!!!!

    one funny callcenter scenario..though local rani cya... kung sa bigcallcenter's pani.. wala naning agent the next day... hehe

    Customer is calling for his Mac laptop that cannot connect to the Internet wirelessly.

    Note: Mac is using the Airport to connect to the network


    Customer: I am calling for my Mac computer, I cannot connect to my network

    Agent: Ok sir, I want you to go to the Airport and look for your network.

    Customer: For God sake, airport is too far from my house and it will take 5 hours to get there.

    taka ra sya ug palit mac. usually baya sa mac user may pagka techie jud.
