Given what happened recently in Turkey, I think it is not worth buying real estate there.

So very cool nature, mountains, and the sea, where you can swim. I think Turkey is a great place for those who are tired of the urban hustle and bustle and want a little unusual experience. If I were to buy real estate there, it would definitely be a house, either on the first line or second line from the sea, but the main thing would be to have views of it. I would do renovations inside where wood would be the main style chip and also would install high quality doors, just for the Turkish climate, which is very humid, which is very bad for furniture.
