    Default Trabaho after graduation?

    Hello mga istoryans!

I need your thoughts about this situation.

Kay most of them daw kay naay connections sa mga hotels and other companies nga pwede siya ma recommend inig graduate.

Your thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

In some circumstances mo matter guro ang impression sa teacher pero bottom line is i think its up to him kung gi unsa niya pag handle sa interview/exam. For me dili jud mo matter ang grades, daghan kaau ko hagbung pag college nako pero pag pangaply nako wala man pud gi check akoa grades. It's more about your experience and knowledge sa job imo gi applyan.

Best of luck sa imo kaila ts.

Educational attainment is one of the factors companies look into but surprisingly the attitude of the applicant is what really matters in the hiring process.

That explains why they ask from your character references and last process to assess your personality is through job interviews, their questions are merely to test you on your judgment on certain things.

An employer once disclosed that they don't care about the grades but it's the character of a person is what they're banking on.

    ... ang ako ma-add....

    Learn a 2nd and 3rd language.
And a 4th language if possible.

Whether we like it or now, Chinese is 2nd best to English to learn.
3rd language can be Korean or Japanese.
Then 4th could be French or German.
... based ra ni sa current economic trends ako suggestion.

Nya pag-OJT in hotels or companies nga ma-apply either of these languages.

As personal secretary/translator nalang daan, tiba-tiba na.
If di ka gusto mo-abroad, a chinese speaking tour guide or a korean speaking tour guide makes more money than we think.
If mo-abroad ka, fluency in other languages always have the better edge.

Thank you for taking time sa pag reply bro. Yes, mo agree kaayo ko nga it's more about the experience and knowledge sa job nga imo gi applyan, but we know fresh grads kay wla pa kaayo silay experience and ilang knowledge is more of theory ra, though they have practical/actual things they do in school but it's different man gud when you are in actual situation esp sa Hotels or Airports.

Thank you for this info. I can confidently say nga maayo kaayo siya ug English then maayo pud siya ug Chinese since mao na iyang gi speak for 18 months that time ni stop sa siya ug school (church service).
