    Boss ang point man gud ni TS ani dili ang refund or ang pag-communicate after. Ang nature sa business man gud is time sensitive and it must be delivered - on a given/definite time - as agreed and as advertised . They acquired the services of the balloon decorator with high hopes they can deliver whatever comes with the package - must be complete as advertised. Ang kng TS diri is a feedback for the service delivered.. In any kind of business, feedback is co-equal amongst any other factors to make your business a success. If wala ning feedback ni TS, they won't learn from this experience. Now if imu dyud i-point out nganu dili kahulat si TS, because damage has been done. TS wanted the service to be perfectly delivered on his nephew's birthday celebration.

    And you can't speak or assume on TS's behalf if wala ba naguol ang iya nephew tungod sa decoration. It's their feelings not yours.

    Ok feedback...ang mas nindot nga feed back kung naay lain pa nga mo ferd back..maglisod kog tan aw ilang fb page ron...didto murag nindot siguro ang feed back. For sure naay nindot ug naasay bati...mao nay feed back dili imba. One sided rant


    @TSnasipyat ko anang saturday...what i mean is kanang tuesday...mag unsa man di ie mo ana? Mag boksing mo?

    Same analogy boss if you hired the services of a Jason Magbanua - a renowned wedding videographer unya nagkasakit si Jason, helper or proxy ang ipa-adto? - is that going to be fair? You just can't move the event on a later date kung kanus-a available ang videographer. Same is true sa case ni TS, this may not mean a lot to some but it is to them.

    I hope the balloon decorator won't take this stiffly instead show to his target market how they plan to improve their services. Show real pictures of their work, provide an avenue to receive positive and negative feedback and work things out based on these.

    Mao gani e settle bro...karon imong tan aw kung ako ang decorator or si hason magbanua (wala ko kaila) kung ako na sila...angAy paba makig settle?

    Kung imong panahom uu angay pa. Pangutana unsa may atong e settle? Na in the first place tabla naman ta...naguba najo inyong event. Naguba ni.o akong pangan

    Si TS nibayad og sakto so dapat lang nga muhatag og sakto nga serbisyo ang gibayaran (which was not the case). Naa dyoy dapat i settle, kung naguba man ang ngan anang tig himo og balon, sa rapud na nila nganong wa nila gitarong og set up ang mga balon. Kung naa ko sa sitwasyon ni TS mag rant pud ko ui, nibayad gud ko og tarong nya ana lang ang resulta?
