kung gusto ka barato ug daghan parts nya lig.on pajud go for toyota... kung gusto ka dili murag taxi, go for mitsu lancer dghan pud pisa nya lig.on pud, nindot pud ug performance nya naa daghan baligya diri sa istorya nga sud sa imu budget... IMO...

ang ako lng jd lig-on nya walay daot kaau.. ky sa nabasahan nko sa mga tips bout buying 2nd hand cars, mura'g traumatic kau. some said they spent 40k fixing the car they bout.. some also 70k.. kay overhaul daw nya daghn pa daot. wa kau koy background sa car. 1st time pa nako if makapalit na ko.

for me either mitsubishi, toyota or honda. parts are can be found easily but make sure you inspect the car properly or bring it to a mechanic to have it checked. with your budget, you are most likely to get a 1992-1996 model car.

my tips: check for rust or portions with body filler(knock on the cars body and make sure the sound is hallow), check for engine leakings(most likely on the head cover), check if the car's exhaust gives off smoke(this are signs that your car needs to be semi overhauled),check if the radiator hoses are still good and not brittle, check if both fans still work,check for clutch problems and tranny problems and most of all,test drive the car before buying it.
