Can you give up fastfood?

    It is about 3 or 4 year na since I decided to give up eating McDonalds and KFC.

    I just want to know what is inside or where my food came from so it's more home made cooking now. Ikaw kaya nimo i-give up?

    Dili kaya e-give up. pero panagsa rasad ko mu kaon fastfood. lain man sad kung di naka mu kaon ug fastfood forever, what if kadlawn nya wala jud food sa balay. hahaha

    Nganong lain man ? Bitaw sa akong balay, dili man sab gyud noon mahitabo nga wala food. Naa man gyud pan or biscuit og bugas so makakaon ra gyud

    makaya raman gyud ug willing lang ka...
    pero mao man gud nay dali mapalitan samot na kung nagdali ka ug gutom na kaau....

    Of course kaya kaau. Especially nga naka work naku ug fastood before I can think about what we and they did. But even if wala paku kita sa ila mga process mka undang gihapon ko ui.

    I wanted to but lisud man. Samot na McDo. Na-shock lang ko sa calories ug uban pa nga nutritional facts nga nabasa nako sa McDo flyers nga grabe ka unhealthy dyud. Ang quarter pounder na lang is 700 calories and 1300++ ang sodium. That's 35% sa daily required nga 2000 calories.

    lain man kay mangita man jud ug kaon ang tao TS labi na kung gutom najud, kanang wala kay kaon tibuok adlaw tungod sa ka busy or gamay ra ang nakaon ganiha.

    dili man sad tanan tao naay pirme pagkaon sa balay. alangan man sad mu uli paka sa balay para mag lunch nya layo kaayo imong opisina. di man sad tanan tao kabalo mu luto.

    kung carenderya (lutong bahay) ka mu kaon, di man sad tanan lugar naay carenderya. kung restaurant, mu order paka then mag huwat paka maluto nya mahal pajud.

    sa panahon karon TS, di malikayan na maka kaon jud ta ug fastfood kay mao ray choice usahay.

    its fast, convenient, naa say barato.

    and if about health issue, problema nana sa sigeg kaon ug fastfood hahaha

    Naa man calorie tanan food , but its the chemical that they use ang medyo hadlok.
    Makaya ra man , self discipline lang gyud.

    @pirehro, kasabot ko sa imong gi-ingon. Been there than that. Ginabuhat nako before kay naa man karenderya sa gawas sa akong balay, palit ko daan og dal-on sa opisina kay pwerte ka mahal man ang pagkaon nya wala pa gyud lami.

    karon naa ko sa laing nasud og medyo nagka edad na , medyo na careful na gamay sa mga dapat ginakaon.

    Bitaw dili man sab noon makadaut basta dili lang sab adlaw adlawon..

    @jumps ... na mulang mura na sila og mushroom , pop up lang bisag asa.
