We came back to this place last week with my friends as my birthday treat for them. I used voucher from Groupon which also a gift from a friend of mine.
First we approach a lady crew and ask if we had reservations and I told her we did not have reservation because we had called sometime in June last week that they don't accept reservation especially on weekends kay "maalkansi sila" so ni ana ang lady crew naa sila vacant pero tua sa gawas where in fact kita mi naay 3 vacants space sa sulod na walay RESERVE na naka indicate sa seat but nisabot rami kay ni suggest sila na pwede ra daw mi ibalhin in case naa na vacant.
Next thing happened gikuha nila ang voucher and told us hala Mam good for 4 man ni inyo voucher dili pwede ang 3 ni ask ko why man mo order man mi don't worry kay gutom nami then sobra pa ana ang amo iorder but the lady crew insisted dili jud pwede kay "malugi daw ang tag-iya mao daw instruction sa ila".
I even ask sige oi kaw nalang ikaupat para mao okay na amo voucher but dili daw pwede and we respected it. So what we do is find another one person as per suggest by their waiter na kana mam oh kay luoy so amo gi call ang tiglimpyo para mo join namo. So we ordered. From ordering another lady crew approach us and ask our orders na walay kagana gana nagmug-ot while we order she even not jot down our orders confident kaayo pero na memorize niya tanan then pag repeat na kandasayop.
Naabot na ang amo orders na gi una ug serve ang choco float na drinks gipabalik sa ako friend kay why gi una ug serve na wala paman amo food na to think choco float to with ice cream malanay na siya kay wala pa ang food. After 5-10 mins our food was served.
So kato food na para sa imo ikaupat would like to have it take out so we ask the crew to have it take out but ni ana na pud sila na mam dili bya pwede itake out kay dine ang sa voucher. I replied mao bah bisan sobra nako na food dili pwede itake out kay nawad-an nako ug gana. Nisulod ang crew then minutes after nigawas ila head supervisor ang stated na ang voucher dili daw pwede ma take out and I said okay kung mao na kay nalimtan pud nako unsa ang details sa voucher but today as I checked wala jud na mention na dine in ra.
So I lookout sa ila counter there making backbites ang laughing na wala ko kasabot gi tas-an lang jud nako ako pasensya kay I'm not feeling well at that time. So I decided to get the voucher nalang and paid cash para wala na daghan kuskos balungos. Lady crew serve our pasta and ask her to cancel my voucher and I would just pay it in cash para mahuman na. And have take out foods para sa amo ikaupat na ni join and serve our dessert. Our dessert was served with a "BILL" na jud ha na wala paman mi ni ask sa bill. So sa amo ka disappoint amo nalang gi pa take out ang pasta sa waiter and ask for water. The waiter pinakawot sa ulo Mam naa bya bayad amo sudlanan if pa take out. Na shock ko at first na ha naa pud diay bayad and nod at him na okay ra. The water we ask never served to us. I paid the bill and we get out.
If voucher customer in ani diay mo mag treat ug customerNgano nag pa voucher man mo if hadlok mo malugi, maalkansi unsa pa diha?

Cases like that, i normally take a.picture or video of our conversation. If possible istoryahon ang owner. sad story but harsh truth. service here sa philippines is kinda lousy kay unlike other countries, dili man i take seriously sa atong government atong mga complaints

wala na nasud sa amo mind kay gutom nami and worst I'm sick at that time. sige lang naa pako friend na voucher iya gamiton I let him know na to take video na incase same thing would happen to them. Not all lang in fairness sa uban na maayo kaayo mohatag sa ila service sa customer. pinaka worst jud sa ila kay harap-harapan jud kaayo. Murag nakaminos bah na abi voucher dili mi ka pay ug cash.
kalami sa ilang pasta tan awon...
