I`ve been trying to loose weight a half of my life.. But only at my 30th I have some results. I believe its due to healty diet and some cardio exercises. Go walk walk either morning or evening for 30 min minimum..drink green tea daily twice
Eat something light before 7 or 7.30pm..
Drink 2-3 l water
