    I`ve been trying to loose weight a half of my life.. But only at my 30th I have some results. I believe its due to healty diet and some cardio exercises. Loosing weight is a Combines effort of increasing your Daily Physical Activity and Decreasing Your daily dietary intake.But still sometimes I can enjoy my favourite ice-cream with Cold Brew (here are some great recipes https://homus.org/best-coffee-for-cold-brew/)
    Go walk walk either morning or evening for 30 min minimum..drink green tea daily twice

    Eat something light before 7 or 7.30pm..

    Drink 2-3 l water

    Wala pa Maam.
    Keto is low-carb high-fat diet man noh?

    Ang ako gi-mix is low-carb high-protein ... more on veggies & fruits + chicken or fish.

    Nindot ba ang herbalife?
    Tried intermittent fasting @ 16 hours interval, it was very effective with an egg diet partner for a week......
    Keto is if possible no carb HIGH FAT diet....pero nice sad na imong combination of low-carb high protein....veggies/fruits...alternately with chicken(the meaty ones like the breast part) and fish....

    I only do joggings once in a while kung dili mag-uwan.
    If mag-uwan, tabata lang sa balay.

    Herbalife works well with me Maam.
    Kay kita man jud ko sa akong kaugalingong results gud.
    And I've seen a lot of tinood nga positive results from other drinkers pod.

    Naa kay pic sa imong before and after HERBALIFE sir? Murag ganahan lagi ko mag herbalife....I've heard several times about it pero wala man ko paki gud....wala sad ko friends na nag take sa herbalife so balewala ra nako...

    But what I can suggest is... you visit the home club in Canduman.
    Ig-adto nimo, you can talk to other drinkers didto kung naa sila.
    And you will hear from them jud their real experiences.
    ... naa pod daghang tinood nga before-n-after pictures didto.

    Daghang salamat sir. Ayala na dapita sir kanang imong background sa pic? Lami man gyud sad ikaon oi, problema nako unsaon pagamay kay labi na lami ang sud an, seafoods ug lechon, sus, ambot nalang ug maka huna huna paba tag diet....But again, salamat sir sa information.

    Parehas diay ta Maam ... mga happy-eaters
    Kung diri lang dapit sa ako gi-trabahuan, daghan kaayo'ng mga lamian nga food Maam oi.

    Pero moabot man jud sa point nga maghunahuna ta's atong pamilya.
    So bisag wa pa ko'y gipamati (except for my snoring, which is gone now), I have to stay healthy for my family.

    Very true sir, unsaon nalang kung magka sakit. Taas na raba kaayu panaliton, dili na siguro moubos ang inflation pa, unya kung mag pahospital pirting mahala.....keep healthy: mind, body and spirit...
