    ok rana siya for a start boss, kay sa sunod napud nimo sprint pasaka napud ka at least 50 to 100 meters extended sprint para lain napud ang pamaul hehehe. sa akong starting running weight nako from march 1 kay 174lbs ko pero 3 weeks after ni gain ko ug weights ug 3 to 4 pounds so ni abot ko ug 178lbs pero ang akong lang nabantayan kay ni gamay jud ang sukod sa akong hawak kay ang akong 36 nga karones kay mahagbong nagud basta dili nako baksan unlike before nga pwede ra walay bakos-bakos. ang ako lang jud kay gi stricto nako karon ang pag reduce sa sugar , reduce carbs ,processed foods, preservatives/seasoning ug mga vegetable oils then enough sleep. hands on sa kitchen para sa pagluto ug get down and dirty sa carbon public market para pagpamili sa mga barato ug fresh na vegetables. so far wala rakoy gina take na weight loss supplement, gawas sa akong organic green tea daily beverages . then empty stomach ko during running/jogging/cardio exercises then 2hrs after sa pasingot ang akong ka-on, kung sa uban pa ilang gitawag ug intermettent fasting.based pud sa akong gps fitness watch ug sa heart rate monitor, sa akong 5km walk ug 5km run/jog maka burn ko ug at least 1000 cal kana na activity sa 3x a week na siya so approx maka burn ko ug approx 3000cal per week which is equivalent to 1 pound, so dapat mag loss unta ko 1lb per week. pero ang ako lang kahibulngan nga wala ko nag weight loss.ang tiyan pa maoy ni gamay matod pa sa akong ka office mate.

    Kauyon pod jud ko anang sprinting once in a while. Salamat kaayo ana.

    As to my style, DIY cooking pod akoa Boss.
    Pero tinapulan nga style - I cook my sud-an nga good for a week / manok or isda.
    Nya akong rice is unpolished brown rice - 1 cup lang per meal.
    Pero twice a day ra ko mag-rice. Kay ako breakfast is Herbalife shake man.
    Usahay, vegie soup ra pod akong panihapon.

    I was size 34. Pero nag size 31 na ko.
    Then karon, size 30 na pod akong karsones.

    I aim to stick to size 30.

    try daw ug apil ug mga marathon event boss para ma test pud imong fitness vs weight loss . just like what i did last sunday suway suway ko ug apil ug 10k marathon bahala ug 3 weeks rako ga practice for 3x a week sa abellana unya 2 weeks walay dagan from last week of march to 1st week of april kay sige ug uwan. mao ni ako unofficial running time 1:11:52, unya akong timbang ani kay 172lbs (at least ni drop ko ug 2lbs since march 1) unya akong BMI is 27, which is overweight ko . pero pila may pahd sa pungkol naka human raman pud intawn ug dagan bahala ang dagan mura ug tinapulan, hehehe. at least nana koy first 10k finishers' medal nanay reward akong weght loss ug fitness goal, unya nana pud koy bag-ong pamati sa pamaul , hehehe.
    basin ikaw boss makaya ra guro na nimo kay ubos naman ka ug timbang.

    So dili lang sa ko moapil ana. Og 5km fun-run kana, ok ra. Pero mauwaw pod ko's 5km

    Ako lang jud ning pirmihon akong bisyo hantod maka-abot na ko anang 10k mark.
    Kung dagan-lakaw-dagan pa na, makaya ra. Wala pa pod jud noon ko kaapil og running event.
